Da jeg er så heldig at have haft en islandsk Art Director kom jeg fornyligt til at tænke på mit møde med islændingen Haraldur Olafsson længe før Lund&co Reklamebureau. Jeg kendte ikke manden i forvejen og efter et ellers udemærket møde fik jeg det indtryk – med mandens lettere nørdede fremtoning og lavmælte stemmeføring – at der måtte være tale om en ret kedelig gut. Men der tog jeg fejl. Det viste sig senere at Haraldur er anset som Islands største eventyer i nyere tid. Han har besteget “The seven summits” (de højeste bjerge på syv kontinenter, inklusiv Mount Everest) og har på ski nået både nordpolen og sydpolen – hvilket tilsammen honoreres med “The Adventures Grand Slam”, en titel som kun 8 mennesker i verden kan smykke sig med. Jeg blev klogere… og det er jo ikke atid helt dumt:)
